Who we are

LANYGLOBAL LLC (“LANYGLOBAL”, “we”, “us”) runs lanyglobal.com. We provide educational consulting and document preparation for people opening US bank accounts. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: contact@lanyglobal.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact form: your name and email address, and, if you choose to add them, your phone number, country and note. We also record the language you were reading the site in.
• Bookings: when you book a call through Calendly, Calendly shares your name, email address and the time of your meeting with us.
• Payments: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email address, country, the amount paid and payment reference numbers. We never see or store your full card number.
• Messages and forms: what you send us by email or social media, including forms you submit through our ads on platforms such as Instagram or Facebook.
• Documents: documents you choose to send us so we can prepare your bank file, such as identification or company documents.

Information collected automatically

• Our hosting provider records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the site.
• Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and styling code from Tailwind’s content network, so those providers receive your IP address when a page loads.
• Your browser remembers your light or dark display choice on your device. This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics tools or tracking pixels.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and to schedule and deliver your consultations.
• To prepare the documents and action plans you asked for.
• To process payments and keep business and tax records.
• To keep the site working and secure.

How we share it

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers that run parts of our business for us: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (client database), Calendly (scheduling), Stripe (payments), Microsoft (email), Meta (if you message us on Instagram or Facebook) and Google Fonts.
• With a professional who works with us on your file, such as an accountant, when your package includes that help.
• When the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. We do not track you across other websites, and we do not let third parties collect personal information about your activity over time and across different websites through our site. We do not change how the site works when we receive that signal.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and client records while we work together, and afterward for as long as we need them for legal, tax and accounting reasons. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless the law requires us to keep it.

How we protect it

The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and only people we authorize can sign in to our client records. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we work to protect yours.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to contact@lanyglobal.com. We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, for example California, the EU or the UK, you may have more rights under local law, and we honor them.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

International visitors

LANYGLOBAL is a US company. Your information is processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
